Great value for a quick overnight stay! Airport shuttle is awesome! Breakfast was great! Staff were fabulous and very helpful! Room was good. Beds comfortable and room was clean. Window coverings could use some help and only one small window made the room dark but we were looking for value and practicality which is exactly what we got! Highly recommend for this kind of stay!

A nice basic hotel by the airport. We saw lots of cleaning staff and workers working around the hotel while we were there for two nights. Some updating is needed but looks like they are working on this and maintaining the property. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and with the Union Person line at the airport it was simple getting downtown to the Rogers Centre or Scotiabank place. An uber was recommended to get to Rogers Stadium for the concert and this worked out well. Check in was excellent and we had lots of questions about getting around to our events and the staff was wonderful and most helpful at answering our questions and offering assistance. The front desk service was first rate. Morning breakfast was adequate and included with the room. The convivence store on site was very handy. There is a pub as well as a pizza restaurant (They serve other items). Parking was included in the cost. Overall a very nice experience and we plan on staying here again in the future.

Nice place close to Airport with a good pizza place attached which is ideal when you arrive after a long flight. There is also a pub which we did not try. Airport shuttle very good. Only downside is no elevator

The entrance doesn't look promising, the building is pretty old, the guests from Europe that had been put there overnight obviously weren't thinking of this as the Canada they were expecting, and the area looks sketchy... But from there things improve a lot. The desk staff were great, the rooms were clean, and the location is best for the airport - it's quite possible to walk to T3. They also offer airport parking, not always available, and the rate from the desk is better than the rate online, but if you can get it then it's about half the price of Park n Fly. So even though it looks pretty bad from the front, especially if you get a good rate, and even more if you get parking, this is the place to go.

Although this hotel is older, it is kept very well, staff cleaning all the time. No complaints on cleanliness or state of rooms. The staff are very friendly, efficient and go out of their way to assist. Shuttle to airport good except for not running between 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The breakfast is typical. Nothing special but lots of it. Restaurant beside breakfast room and an English style pub on other side of lobby. Would use this again for airport hotel.
