There was nothing unique about the property. The parking lot is in dire need of repairs, There is overflowing garbage outside. You walk in and I slipped on the water that was all over the floor. The room had a horrible smell in there. The sink was plugged. The carpet was extremely dirty. There was no hot water for showers. I reported it to the front desk they said sorry talk to Expedia for any sort of refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone it’s disgusting.

Excellent management- Thank you Kim!! My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham (formerly the Airlane Hotel) was exceptional. This facility has undergone upgrades. It had lost a little of its former luster but is once again becoming a top tier establishment. This is most evident in the renovated rooms and the lovely lobby. Our room was pristine and extremely comfortable. The mattress provided one of the most comfortable, restful nights I've ever experienced away from home. We had a tiny hiccup during check-in, which the manager, Kim, attended to personally. With kindness and competence, she exemplifies the highest standards and hospitality that many other facilities have lacked over the past few years. There is ample parking, a sense of security, without feeling policed, as well as a quiet, and comfortable atmosphere. To enhance an already great stay, was the access to a plethora of amenities and excellent dining opportunities, both on the property and in very close proximity (within walking distance). Located within 3 kms was an Enterprise location (with a wonderful staff-Thank you Dylan, the Thunder Bay Airport, shopping, a dog park, and walking trails. The list goes on and on.... Thank you Kim for going above and beyond to make the Ramada a wonderful surprise!

Made a reservation for two rooms with 4 guests. Revised it a week before for an additional guest and was informed we would get two queen beds. At check-in we were given one room with two queens and a couch. In the room there was 3 sets of towels and no sheets for the couch. The reception realized the error and checked us into our second room

The breakfast was hot and soooo good. We thought you went above and beyond for breakfast and the choices on the table there. Was great to even pick up breakfast to bring to the room so my husband didn’t have to try and walk there. Would stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend

We liked being close to the airport and to the main highway. The breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. We do prefer daily towel service, which was not offered here. But there is a fridge and microwave, which were nice to have. The ice machines did not work, and the hotel is a bit dated. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep, I recommend.
