Friendly staff. Straight forward room, microwave and fridge. Clean. Served a tasty coffee in the morning and had bananas and granola bars out. Gorge Family Restaurant is one minute down the road as is Tim Hortons and McDonalds.

It was a great place to stay with family or travelers with a budget, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well ( important to us) the place is from walking distance from Elora downtown great place to stayed without paying the big time money from others hotel in the town.. downstairs next door was a Chinese restaurant ( very good food) Subways , convenience stores, etc . There is not elevator to go second floor... so is not ability friendly... you have to take 13 steps up to the second floor so travel light. I did like the backyard picnic table to avoid to eat inside the rooms. They have microwave and refrigerator inside the room.. no iron. The only thing I would change would be to put a garbage container in front of the main door or near by, so when people seat on those benches, don't litter... Clean more often the ashtray at the main door.. No security deposit was asked... for that they get a 5 start instead of 4... thank you for welcoming us and goodbye with a light ready to go breakfast..

This was an all in all, a fine stay, with a caring owner staffed family, grateful for the business, and very professional, yet, you kinda feel like family. I know perhaps that this is a tough business to be ,yet, the smiles,the quick service, and the motels' cleanliness surprised us! These folks/owners, are,and WERE a joy to work with, and providing reasonable pricing. This place is so well, run, that MOST times, they rarely have many unoccupied units.
