The view. Had my morning coffee on the balcony which looked out towards the lake, gardens and mountains. Room was clean and comfortable but would have been nice to have a microwave especially to heat up food for kids. Lots to do. The Grandsons were busy the whole day@!

Like many others, we have driven past this hotel many times before finally making it our destination. It was so worth it! The staff were all so wonderful, the property is well kept, there is so much to do, and our daughter had a blast. My husband left his wedding ring in the room and the staff found it, phoned us, and arranged to have it mailed back to us. Thank you so, so much to them for the lovely stay and for saving the day!

This is an amazing scenic location. We love the ghost town, the pool and lake views from every room. It is older but that is part of the charm. It is a quirky nostalgic spot. 10 years now and counting, we love our annual getaway.

This was a stop off on a long road trip and wound up being one of my favourite places I stayed on the trip. I'd definitely go back for a couple of nights, it's nice and close to Revelstoke while having what feels like its own private lake. All the rooms have balconies and a view, so it was a great place to just relax. I really loved the indoor gardens too, as well as the outdoor ones. Only downside was lack of wifi in the rooms as I was travelling solo with no data so I was relying on wifi to keep in touch with family and making onward plans. But this was OK as it worked fine in the public areas. Thanks for a great stay!

Our new go-to place whenever we're near Revelstoke! The property is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Both the hotel and our room were spotless, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and there was so much to do, from exploring the beautiful grounds to visiting the ghost town. We only booked one night and immediately wished we had stayed longer! A special shoutout to Rusty, the resident cat, who was a huge hit with our toddlers and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We can't wait to come back!

This place is a gem! Beautiful property and something interesting to look at in almost every nook of the place. Came with teenagers and even they were impressed by the collections in the ghost town. Highly recommend as a family getaway.

This is one of the most unique places to stay. The staff were amazing. A couple of things to note in case this is important. No air conditioning. This is because the hotel gets power from its own hydro electric system. The restaurant had good food, just don’t expect anything fancy. Don’t order the poutine…it’s just regular cheese and gravy. There is poor tv reception so don’t expect to watch much TV when you are there. This last point is good. Don’t watch TV, go explore the hotel and the ghost town. The hotel was amazing just to wander around. It had some many interesting things to see. The hotel rooms are so quiet. I don’t even know if anyone was staying on each side or above us due to how quiet it was.
