The room was clean and so close to the water. The lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are good for an overnight stay or two.

Excellent location, quiet, but close to the ferry and restaurants. Very clean and nicely equipped room with a balcony overlooking the bay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable and safe place to spend a couple of nights in Tobermory.

When the room was booked for 4 nights it appeared we were going to be in a room withiut wifi. Traveling for 4 nights with 2 kids this was a worry for me. Managers Erin and Carla were fantastic in making arrangements for us to be in a wifi room for our stay. They went above and beyond for my family and I and we are so grateful for that.

The establishment offers a pristine environment and an exceptional view of the sunset. The sole area identified for improvement is the air conditioning unit, which operates with a notable noise level, and the absence of an exhaust fan in the restroom.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Erin was extremely welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would also like to mention Carla, with whom I had a conversation over the phone before my scheduled stay. She was amazing, very helpful, and answered all my questions patiently. Both Erin and Carla provided excellent customer service and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

There was nothing wrong with the place we stayed, just quite expensive for pre-season June. But nice view and walking distance to the very touristy centre. Did the glass bottom boat tour to the "shipwrecks" and flower pot island. Then the next day on the Chi-cheemaun to Manitoulin Island, which I prefer over Tobermory
