Alright so, the two bartenders absolutely fantastic. My boy Hassan, jojo and yoyo very helpful and good folks. The breakfast kinda had me wondering my decisions a hour later while I hit the restroom. Speaking of bathrooms are great, wish hotels would stop using showers without doors because water gets everywhere but that’s beyond me. Location is NOT ideal for a longer stay however great for a layover or such. If you do stay long the bus stop right outside leads you to the city’s wonderful metro. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy and the room gets nice and cold.

for a last minute booking because of a cancelled flight at the airport this was a good choice. free airport shuttle service to and back every 15 minutes, a small pool, big room with 2 queen beds that also had a large fridge and freezer, sink and microwave, utensils and dishes and a mini stove also to cook in the room. the buffet breakfast from 6:39-9:30 am was well stocked with a good variety of foods. the bathroom looked newly renovated. decent price for 2 adults and 1 child. in the same situation we would stay again.

Points positif: Hôtel flambant neuf, tout sent le neuf, très propre. Point négatif: Déjeuné ferme à 9h30 et autre point j'avais déjà payé mon hotel avec expédia 275$ tx et frais inclu et l'hôtel m'avait recharger 400$ pour la chambre lorsqu'ils ont pris les frais de dépôt de 300$ au check in sans me le dire. Je me suis apperçu de tout cela avant le check out, mais je crois que c'est dû au rodage des nouveaux employé et de la façon de faire. J'ai été remboursé le lendemain! Surveillez vous la dessus! J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott is a newly-built hotel (opened May 21, 2026). A lovely hotel with spacious rooms. GREAT ROOM HIGHLIGHTS: - spacious bathroom with oversized shower & shampoo/conditioner/body wash and plenty of towels - kitchenette area has a 2-burner cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and is well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery, and dishware - great for longer stays/if you desire to cook/reheat food (fyi: no shops nearby) - comfortable 2 queen beds TEETHING PAINS: - hot water option was not very hot, more like lukewarm - no in-room safe GREAT HOTEL HIGHLIGHTS: - great natural light in the lounge/breakfast dining area - outdoor patio seating with a large bbq - bar/small dining area for lunch and dinner - complimentary breakfast was good. They serve dry cereal, yogurt, waffle station, meat option, scrambled eggs and pre-made omelets, ... - gym is a decent size with treadmills, weight station, etc. - indoor pool area is not a lap pool but a decent size for enjoyment - complimentary airport shuttle (had some kind drivers!) - very close to the airport (yet no plane noise) - Imad (gen. manager) and Sheren (asst. manager) were always present and pleasant TEETHING PAINS: - elevator key access is not functioning/setup - improve on emergency protocol (did have a repeated false fire alarm problem in very early hours and much staff handling confusion); they did eventually offer compensation OVERALL: - I would definitely stay at this hotel again

While the hotel is brand new and beautiful, our stay was extremely disappointing. Throughout our visit, the fire alarms repeatedly went off without any apparent emergency. The first incident occurred in the middle of the night. After contacting the front desk, we were told there was no emergency and that the issue would be resolved shortly. However, shortly after returning to bed, the alarms sounded again. The next morning, the alarms were still going off during breakfast. Later that day, after getting very little sleep, we returned to the hotel hoping to rest, only to be interrupted by the alarms yet again. The constant disruptions made it impossible to relax or get adequate rest. As a result, we shortened our stay from two nights to one. Adding to our frustration was the lack of communication from hotel staff, who were unable to explain what was happening and repeatedly attributed the issue to the hotel being new. While new hotels may experience challenges, proper systems and procedures should be in place before opening to guests. We were also told that someone would contact us after our stay regarding compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. Nearly a month has passed, and we have yet to hear from anyone. Overall, we are thoroughly disappointed by the lack of preparedness, poor communication, and failure to follow through on commitments made to us.

After being woken up by a fire alarm around 3am we were told it was a specific room and they were trying to figure it out …we were thanked for our patience. Alarm was going off on and off for a bit …unable to sleep or do anything we checked out and left. We have requested a refund.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Even with a confirmed reservation, my room wasn’t ready and I ended up waiting nearly two hours. I was even turned away at the check‑in counter and told to line up somewhere else, causing more delays. I watched other guests get rooms including the same type I had reserved while I was still waiting, and I was repeatedly told “five minutes” or “ten minutes,” which was not true. When I finally got into the room at 2am it was not clean: pubic hair on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, and sheets that smelled strongly of chemicals and didn’t feel washed. Overall, the experience was stressful, unhygienic, and far below expectations.
