This was a lovely apartment with great views and just as depicted in the pictures. However, the internet didn't work and some appliances didn't work as well. The time to go up and down in the elevators was sometimes 10-15mins or more. It was around New Year's so they may have been more booked than usual and that could have contributed to this issue. On the bright side, there was a Starbucks right next door and it's a short walk to CN Towers, Rogers and other nearby places of interest.

Clean and spacious with well supplied kitchen, convenient location, easy check-in/check-out process, and 24 hr door monitoring. Wpuld recommend for business travelers.

Pros: Property was in a great location for some of the main attractions in Toronto. Easy to get to from Union station. Cons: Description of property was a 1 bedroom with a queen and 1 sofa bed that was a double size. Sofa bed was a futon that was extremely hard and between the size of a twin to double, leaning more towards the twin. My children had to sleep head to foot as it wasn't wife enough for a 9 and 6 year old to sleep the other way. Also, we were only stocked with 1 toilet paper roll and when we realized there was none in the cupboards, we contacted the property and they stated that there wasn't anyone on the property to bring us any more. When we checked out at 1030am, we still have recieved additional toilet paper.
