This was a gift I gave to my parents for their birthday and they had an excellent time, the staff received them very well, they gave them support and advice, the facilities very clean, the room very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Parking in the same place as the hotel and an excellent location.

Great location if your visiting the falls on the Canadian side. Easy walk to everything in the area. Parking is the only issue. I think it cost about $20-25 a day to park in their lot. I think parking should be free for guest. But hey, this is the world we are in now. I have no complaints about the hotel other than this. It was very nice. I'd stay there again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a great experience. I originally chose this hotel for the room layout (twin beds and sofa bed) location, and value, and I was very pleased with the well-equipped room. I would like to especially commend Tina (I think her name was Tina) at the front desk for her friendly and professional service during the June 26 check-in. Regarding parking, while the on-site lot is limited, I was directed to park just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel which I had no problem with that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I will definitely be back when I visit Niagara Falls again.

So glad we chose this hotel for our 4 night trip to Niagara Falls! It was right where all the action & activities were. Loved being able to view the fireworks from our bedrooms each night. Also, even though the streets outside were very active at night, the shades were excellent at blocking out light & the rooms were surprisingly quiet & apparently very well insulated for sound! There were no microwaves in our rooms but there was a mini-fridge that we used. There's a microwave downstairs in the "meeting room" which also had plenty of tables & chairs. We ate food I there 3 times & used the space to play some games when we needed a break from Tourist attractions one of the afternoons. Staff was excellent & even had extra Umbrellas during the rainy day. And ketchup packets another time. We parked in the lot that was about a block a day. It wasn't that far to walk when we needed the vehicle & it was MUCH cheaper that parking at the hotel. We will definitely stay at Vittoria again!

We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall. Only complaint was breakfast wasnt included and offsite parking lot was in a secluded area (but had LOTS of cameras). We would recommend. We were lucky in that the city view room even caught half the fireworks show from our window.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. It is a worthy, not expensive choice at Niagara Falls. The room is clean and tidy. A minor point is that the in-room wifi is not strong enough and sometimes is unable.

A great place to stay and if you are on higher floor and river view, you might be able to see fire works and colorful waterfall in the night. However, the room design is not human centric, so might find it awkward to not have a small dining table or chair and poor organized tv table- in 2 queen bedroom. But good overall
