I highly recommend this place. The hotel looks like a hostel, but the structure is newly renovated, so expect small rooms, but very clean! Wifi is very fast, and the personnel is very helpful and friendly. The distance between the main road and taxi is 2 minutes, the distance between the beach and las Americas Mall is 10 minutes. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included. It is charged separately.

We had to stay at the hotel twice, the first for four nights and the second for one while touring the north of Chile. Good comfy beds, good wifi, and a good sitting space outside breakfast during the first stay. Playa brave beach, shops, and restaurants are nearby. Bad hot water for the four nights, so we had to use the shared bathroom downstairs and when I complained they kept saying Manana didn't seem interested in doing anything to resolve the issue. The room next to us also had no hot water, so it was a heating problem, not our shower. We asked for a discount, which they did give us in the end. Ants crawling in the bathroom occasionally dead ants in the bed, when we went to check out none were there so the cleaner had to call someone to come so we had to wait 1015 mins. Unfavorable customer service. The second stay was much better than before with a shared bathroom. Bacon arrival, no one to greet us except the cleaner. Someone finally arrived and said they didn't have a record of our reservation, showed her our despegar confirmation, and grumpy gave us a room downstairs next to the shared bathroom. It was a loud breakfast and felt like a creche with young children bouncing balls in the dining area which appeared to be the norm. No customer service was available at checkout either

This little motel is a bit far from the historical center, they just claim to be him, but it appeared to be shorter when walking it in the heat of the sun. The accommodations were nicely furnished and clean. The staff cannot communicate in English, but they were helpful. Playa Braves is near the beach, but there are many walkouts there. We preferred Playa Cavancha, which is close to the historic center and has sun umbrellas and loungers available to rent. The staff allowed us to place some things in their refrigerator to keep cold. The second-floor stairwell is extremely narrow, which is a compact hotel. We always had hot water, but controlling the shower was either scalding or too chilly was difficult. it is a must-do.

On our way north to Africa, we stayed for one night. Our booking seemed very difficult, and it took a little searching. The staff is friendly and helpful. The two rooms were fine without any of the ants mentioned elsewhere. We had a good night's sleep. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was additional, but it was worth 1800 pesos.
