I stayed here for 2 days in January 2012. The room size was very large with a king-size bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is limited in varieties but good and the price of the room is very good. The back restaurant is the best for lunch and dinner with a good selection on the menu. The only negative comment I could make was that the carpets seemed to need cleaning but as it was pouring rain maybe it was hard for the staff to clean them. I will definitely stay again.

I felt grumpy for a few nights so I decided I would do some shopping. I need a taxi to get to the center of shopping, but it's not expensive. I have a big room on the floor but the bathroom shower room is not ideal with the bathroom shower in the bedroom. But it's a large room that's comfortable. Good breakfast. Carpets appear to be clean enough. Rest of the room clean.

It looks like lots of shortcuts are done in cleaning. The carpet and bathroom are not very clean. The staff was nice and polite. The problem is that they try to speak English without understanding what they are saying. There are no English channels also. This hotel is mainly for locals.

This is the best deal I have ever had and would advise anyone on this place. This hotel is a fourstar hotel, that was really romantic and stunning. The service is fantastic, but the color schemes are very stunning. They greet you with free fruit outside the hotel, make us have a yummy breakfast, and give us tickets for afternoon and evening tea.

The hotel's complete breakfast was undoubtedly its finest feature. The breakfast buffet was huge and contained a wide selection of chinese noodle and vegetable dishes, fruit, yogurt, bread and pastries. If absolutely necessary, one could even get Western toast and jam. Juice, coffee instant and tea were all provided. The generosity and variety of breakfast was worthy of mention. While the hotel staff appeared eager to assist, the greatest challenge was that the reception desk staff and the majority of the dining room staff could not speak English. This limitation was serious because I do not speak Chinese. Finding a fellow manager who could speak English was challenging. However, when I complained about the challenges of not having a person with English language skills at the front desk and the fact that I wanted to recommend the hotel to the other six international consultants working on the same project, he gave me a letter of intent to try to resolve this issue for potential Englishspeaking visitors. It would be worth a good idea to see if this promise has been honoured. Since my room was on a higher floor in the hotel, I had a large view of the city, although the view was gloomy and rainy the entire time I was there, it was peaceful. But, even when I suggested that the wifi on the upper levels, which was technically free and accessible, was occasionally hampered. I intend to stay here for future trips to
