This is the first time I have met a friendly and helpful staff. They serve good food with fresh ingredients. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are several activities available and there are swimming pools. The Colombian border was open so I had no problem coming in and out of the country.

3 nice swimming pools, great hiking opportunities, dorm rooms are cosy, restaurant not great. For example, I just forgot my order once. The quality of the food is average, the location is remote and you have to take expensive cars or mototaxis without helmets to get there.

A location like this provides three pools and this one is exceptional. There is a feeling of peace and quiet, and it is immensely enjoyable! Everyone on the team is genuinely friendly and accommodating. The food was only decent. We had a king-size Scout Scout with a decent fan that kept us cozy at night. Regardless of what I had read about all the activities available, I had specifically intended to remain here, but birdwatching was not the activity I had most interest in. The guide appeared to be in trouble and would not be there on the day I had them available. Ah, I went out on my own in the morning and saw and heard many birds. The rooms and grounds are kept tidy, as well as the pools.

My four friends stayed here. Great reviews on hostelworld and application. Arriving at the hostel was a difficult task in and of itself because it was near mince and the road was so poorly paved it required a 30-hour motorcycle journey through water and bumps on the road. After the Lost City Trail, we booked a cabana room for a little luxury. On arrival, we noticed the floor was damp and the sheets and sheets were so damp. We informed the staff of this and asked if another room was available. They said we would deal with it and there is bad humidity at this time of year, but strangely, the humidity had no effect on any of our friends rooms, which were all dry. After some persistence, they agreed to move us to a drier room from the next night, but this was just as bad. We were made to feel uncomfortable complaining the first time, so it was easier not to say anything about the dampness in the room. The upstairs bar is not often staffed, which is unfortunate because the two pool areas surrounding are very nice with lovely views. The shower and bathroom facilities were clean even though very simple. When we checked out the next morning, we all asked if we could have some laundry done, we then asked if it was ready around 48 hours later, and the receptionist also rolled her eyes at me and said, "Let's check later

Very pleasant stay, the location is close to the city center. And then the view from the top pool is very impressive. After that, there's delicious organic food.
