Staff aims to please! Room was top notch, breakfast was over the top. Most of all is the location, Centro Cartagena, inside the UNESCO Heritage walled city. The hotel is across from a spacious park and surrounded by restaurants. Steps away, next to the park, is a Cartagena street-food specialty, arepa de huevo. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel!

Amamos o hotel! Ele está numa localização perfeita para fazer tudo a pé, é uma coisa linda de se ver e tem o atendimento ótimo! Cama grande, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade. Café da manhã muito bom, recebemos na mesa algumas coisas e podemos escolher um prato a la carte. A Dina é uma querida, adoramos o atendimento dela. Os rapazes da recepção, William e Dennis foram super bacanas e nos ajudaram no que precisamos. O espaço da piscina é pequeno, mas super aconchegante, excelente para o fim do dia. Só elogios ao hotel!

Hotel Casa La Fe is incredible. The room was clean, comfortable and very well organized. The staff is incredible. It started with the hotel reaching out to me a day before my arrival asking how they can help - expected arrival time, activities that I was interested in, and any other help needed. We arrived early and they stored our luggage and sent a text when the room was ready hours before the normal check-in time.
