We stayed 4 days and we had a good time here. The food at the cafe was good. The coffee was delicious. All of the hotel employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming to PR. The beach is less than 3 blocks from the hotel, but is not good for swimming. Very rough waves. The supermarket across the street is great.

They did not have my reservation in their system so they did not have the rooms available. We had to take the last room and make the best of it. The staff however did everything possible to help me and make my stay better. Anderson was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with our bags and made sure we got to our room safely. He also guided us with how to get food.

No hot water and the room power is shut down unless you leave the key card inside. There is nothing more unpleasant than returning to a hot room after a hot day. The pictures displayed on Expedia are quite misleading. You can smoke in the parking lot tho. Also, beware of 'hotel taxi service'. They might guarantee certain things to the client (ie. accepting foreign currency) without the taxi driver's consent, leading to unpleasant interactions.

El hotel no es como lo muestran en las fotos, huelen a humedad las habitaciones, algunas no tienen ventana para ventilación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la limpieza regular, la piscina muy sucia no la limpiaron ningún día.
