We got a good hotel with clean rooms and beautiful rooms. The best part is the staff was very friendly and helpful with transfers and other excursions for us.

The location is strategic, next to the ferry and boat terminal. Plus, the service and double room with security were really good.

Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, which I would highly recommend. I stayed here for two nights, one alone and one with a friend in a 10 mixed dorm late in July before sailing croatian. The location was excellent, easy to get to, and right near the market, restaurants, and bars on the main strip of Split. Be aware that it's a little hard to locate, a taxi dropped me at the bottom of the road at four in the morning when I arrived and I was wandering around alone for a while trying to locate it. Nothing Google Maps cannot accomplish. Perfect for the few nights before sail week! The staff was incredibly nice and always cheerful when providing assistance and recommending local restaurants to eat, party, and visit. The bed was clean with a privacy curtain had great people in my dorm who I'm still in touch with now, a pleasant atmosphere for finding friends. The balcony off the dorm was a nice addition, with a view of the street and the coast line in the distance. The two of us were able to lay our towels there for a little bit of sneaking midafternoon when it was too hot to be walking around, it was a squeeze but very funny positioning ourselves to adjust to the sun. There were a few late nights, mostly caused by us, but you could get up early and

We didn't like staying in a dorm because we stayed in a private room. Clean wifi air conditioning, great location, friendly front desk personnel. The room was very small, making it difficult to move around with two suitcases. Our room was right outside the reception, which meant that it was quite noisy with people coming and going at night. I would not have liked to remain more than three nights, but it was satisfactory for a basic base for sightseeing.
