Hennessey was such a great helper if you’re thinking about staying here, go ahead and book we stayed at an all-inclusive 15 minutes away close by so this was our one day stay and honestly, we had better service here. Food is amazing. People are so humble around. We were a little bit iffy about walking around the town but honestly, the people are so nice and so sweet and humble. It’s honestly cheaper to buy things around this area if you want something more of seeing the real side of Dominican Republic? This is it

The rooms were super clean. Very quiet place. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean sheets, clean towels. Pool was clean and beautiful. And the owner; he was a delight to chat with. Very helpful with everything. Definitely a spot worth to visit again.

Upon arrival at night, the surrounding neighborhood may feel a bit unfamiliar, as it’s a local residential area with people out and about. However, once inside the property, it feels private and comfortable, and by daylight everything felt completely safe. The property looks very similar to the photos. The rooms are basic but spacious, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. While the water was not very hot, it did not take away from the overall experience. What truly stood out was the outdoor patio space. The pools, bar, hammocks, lounge chairs, and fresh coconuts created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The staff, especially Gennesy (apologies if misspelled), was warm and welcoming and made the stay feel very friendly. Meals are cooked to order, served hot, and well seasoned, and the homemade local breakfast was excellent. I would absolutely return and wasn’t ready to leave.

We felt right at home. I went with my son, and everything was calm, clean, and the staff made us feel like family. Genesis, the manager, is very kind, and Anthony, the chef, makes delicious dishes that we’ll already miss. Henry is also very respectful. The service here in Départure is truly exceptional. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave. I could stay here all year

Una estadía muy agradable en Macao Pasé unos días muy tranquilos en The Patio y la experiencia fue bastante buena. El lugar es bonito, bien cuidado y con un ambiente relajado, ideal para desconectar un poco. El personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con lo que necesitábamos. Además, la ubicación cerca de la playa de Macao es un punto a favor si te gusta salir a explorar un poco. En general, fue una estadía tranquila y agradable. Lo recomendaría si buscas un lugar cómodo y con buena vibra para descansar en Punta Cana. Pasen por el colmado n de Adela justo en la esquina del Patio.
