The staff here were amazing. The resort was beautiful and very polished. I had the pleasure of having Rodney as my butler. He answered all my questions and help with any of my needs throughout the stay. Any help booking excursions, events or dinners he was on it. I enjoyed my solo trip!!!!!

Hotel was excellent, clean, butlers were no where to be found. Restaurants are very hard to book for reservations. If you miss a minute they don’t wanna take you. Breakfast and lunch was excellent. Restaurant foods not soo good, lamb, steak not fully cooked. Pool is excellent

There are several resorts within the security of this property. We had access to these properties as well. Our location was adult only. It was quieter without the presents of children. Excellent beach. Dining in their different restaurants was awesome. Lots of trams to move you around the property, especially when dinning. We preferred to walk many time to get our exercise in, especially after dining. The entertainment crew was great. Lots of pool activities. The pool spinning class was very popular. The staff was truly welcoming from the concierge at the hotel entrance to the housekeeping staff. Would definitely return to this resort/hotel location.

Had a great stay! Would come back and we don’t usually stay at the same place twice! Food was great, drinks were top shelf room was perfect. Use of other resorts was a nice perk as place is huge! Upgraded to preferred was well worth it just for the Bali beds on the beach.

We had a great time at this resort. We felt the vibe was nice not noisy but not too quite. Staff was amazing especially our butler Norielis. She was excellent, helpful, always availble and went above an beyond to help celebrate my husband's birthday. We look forward to making plans to return.

Great resort in Punta Cana. The staff is extremely helpful. The place is beautiful, very well maintained. There are multiple pools and a large beach area. The restaurants I went to were great and very easy to book thanks to Ray, who was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. I recommend this resort to everyone.

I would Absolutely return here! The staff was amazing! The drinks superb! Top shelf all inclusive great staff beautiful room! I only Wish the pools had 24 hr access other than that no complaints Also when arriving book your dinner reservations so you’re not stuck eating buffet the entire stay

This is one of my most memorable vacations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food is good once you find the right spot, they have plenty of options. An extra perk when booking with expedia is the butler service. I have to mention our butler Edward. Really patient and attentive we didn't tell him directly it was my wife's birthday he must have overheard, one night we came to our room in was decorated and had champagne. Also William the bartender by the Poseidon made made sure my cup was never empty. Place is secure and safe and if you speak English you're okay. Only thing to shy away from is anyone offering anything to do with the travelclub.
