I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation. Plenty of places to eat nearby and parking available too.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet. Hotel staff spoke very very little to no English, so that’s important to you it’s worth noting. 24 hour front desk, man to buzz you in and out of the building. Neighborhood very safe - very short distance to shopping center and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I would stay again at this hotel.

This is a very simple place. Behind a locked gate. Very close to a BEAUTIFUL mall. They picked up the room everyday. This city is very busy & noisy so it's to be expected even in a hotel room. Noises from the streets usually woke me up at 6:30. I just needed a place to sleep, so for that it suited my needs just fine. Very courteous & helpful staff.

More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear every conversation at the front desk. No in-room safe, no kitchen, seating area, etc... I moved out and found a better deal in a high rise a few blocks away with kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, and roof deck. I arrived early in the morning, expecting to wait for my room, but the friendly desk person called his boss and they asked me to wait while the housekeeper tidied up. My spanish is bad, do I really did not have a way to communicate. I tried reaching out to Expedia, but their AI bot kept me in limbo. Will not book through Expedia agsin, there is NO WAY anyone would rate this place WONDERFUL!!!! I have photos, but this system won't upload them for some reason.

Hotels.com’s rating is way off! How can this be a 9.6 rated hotel at all?? It is more for the locals, or visitors who want a bed for a low price. Nobody speaks English. Internet access is through one of three separate routers, all of which are of low speed. I could barely access calls, as my cell provider allows via internet access.
