The guide is very good, friendly and informed about the region. They also provide various experiences professionally and in a safe environment. This place has many reviews and recommended. They also work on WhatsApp too. Definitely the recommended place to stay if you are in the area.

Honey Moon 3-day, 2-night package. 5 stars staff everyone from the cristian in the restaurant, mari at the spa, patricia and sebastian in the reception provided exceptional service and were very accommodating to all of our specific requests. They went above and beyond to help us find childcare so we could enjoy the spa. Additionally, all the staff were very willing to share their recommendations for places to go to make the most of our vacation. Facilities 4 stars the grounds are beautiful and the rooms have very distinct character. More beautiful than in the photos. only 4 stars because there seemed to be a general lack of maintenance on grounds, the spa and the rooms. Particularly the spa could use an update, particularly the saunas and jacuzzi. Value for money 3. 5 stars even though purchasing through a package, we hoped for something a bit more luxurious given the price. In particular, we thought the buttermilk mantequilla on the regular menu was a bit heavy for our taste in particular, and we were dissatisfied with the snack plate tablet, which was mostly filled with fried food and milk. We could have requested something specific to our needs and preferences if written written explanations on what was included, from the type of massage to the kind of food. That being said, staff was incredibly accommodating and accommodating whenever we made special requests.

In particular, we thought the food on the regular menu was a bit heavy on the buttermilk mantequilla for our taste in particular, and we were disappointed with the snack plate tablet, which was mostly fried food and dairy. Perhaps if there was clear written communication on what was included, from the type of massage to the type of cuisine, we could have requested something specific to our needs and preferences. However, every time we made special requests, the staff was very accommodating and accommodating.

A wonderful option for banking. The hotel is ideally located a short 1. 50 cab ride from the center of banks giving you space and quiet while being close to all the restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. The hotel is very well furnished, with spacious, immaculately maintained gardens with great views of the surrounding hills. The spa is lovely with two jacuzzis, a sauna and steam room, and high quality and reasonably priced massages. Special thanks to patricia and Sebastian for their excellent customer service during our stay. Ask for a room away from the main road to the entrance, as it can get noisy there.

Our trip was complete and the resort was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are lovely grounds in the resort. Even breakfast is provided with our stay. Our first night, our departure time was late, and the restaurant was closed. The manager offered to bring us room service, and the children raved about the cuisine. The location will remain incredibly special because of so many modest details. We finally had trouble getting back there by backbus. On very brief notice, the staff assisted us in locating a new driver and van. We want to express our gratitude to the safari staff! And our beloved puppy's hugs!
