It would be interesting to see if the hotel offers a more luxurious service. The interiors are stunning, but the rooms are awful. First, the key they provided was unreliable. The small room had an excellent view of the river Nile but needed to be open by hand. That's all there is to it. The rest was terrible. Dust on the tables and lamps. Not working many lights. Curtains are old and dusty safes not working. Wifi never worked, the most enduring one was state of the toilette. The basin was full of stains. The enamel peeled off. The faucet had no filter. The hand shower was broken. The bathroom handle was damaged. Toilet paper was filthy, and the lint was peeling off. There is no exhaust. The hot water in the basin took a long time and was too warm. Despite being relatively quiet, the restrooms were too damp. It took quite a while to make changes after a heated debate, but it was preferable, though general hygiene was subpar. It took a long time for the elevator to get there. Despite the limited breakfast buffet, the milk jar was filthy, and the bread was stale. The housekeeping personnel was very helpful in making resolutions.

I think it should call 4. Despite checking well, the room is tiny, the room carpets are filthy, and the room smells, and I was able to ask to be moved out. Good housekeeping and the girl is very considerate. It was a good meal but the staff always gave good directions and assisted in general. The outlook was good, however, if you go to the lower level, it's chaotic, I'm guessing it's barren and not maintained at all. The stairs are smelly, especially on the upper floors. The elevators are slow, I find it a little confusing that not all elevators can reach every floor. Overall a decent hotel.

The location of this hotel is very nice and the room is good. Only the water pressure in the room is not stable, and then the staff's service is good. The parking area is very small but always has a parking area.
