No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very stylish, with excellent room service and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best parts of the experience was the stunning view of the pyramids. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and a very special thank you to Saif for always helping us with everything we needed!!!! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would gladly come back again!

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. He was incredibly patient, always checking in with us and texting to make sure we were doing well and felt safe. His level of care and dedication truly made our stay even more special. Very clean property, the view from the suite was extraordinary! Mr Adam was very welcoming, Abdo was wonderful and very helpful to set up transportation with Mr Hassan and tours with Mohammed. The entire staff was great and very attentive.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

For the 3* in Egypt it's really good hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff always ready to accommodate you, excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the Giza pyramid entrance and 10 minute drive to the new GEM museum. Plenty of the restaurants options nearby. And great view from your room.

スフィンクスゲートから歩いて帰れる距離でした。周辺はキレイとは言えませんが部屋は清潔で良かったです。予約した部屋とは異なる部屋で思っていたバルコニービューではありませんでした。また冬はジャグジーに溜められるほどのお湯は出ませんでした。ただスタッフはとても親切で会うたびに声をかけてくれたりサプライズをしてくれました。総合的には良いホテルです。。

The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I was with a group and the staff made our visit in Cairo even more enjoyable. They helped us with setting up transportation and restaurant recommendations, etc. They really went above and beyond. The 2 men, each named Saif, Adam and the woman Shahenda were all great.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff standout as some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Adam, Seif, Saif and Abdu are wonderful. They will take care of any needs and really went all out to be sure our experience was a great one.

Room was clean and modern although the pictures online did not match the room we were given. Staff excellent. Breakfast brought in but had a lot of different items to eat. Nightime - our first night it was so noisy all night long. Second night was much quieter but you could still hear traffic noise. Not for a long time duration.

客室はとても清潔でした。早朝の到着でしたが、フロントは誰かしら居てくれるので、Early checkinでも大丈夫です。部屋からピラミッドも見えるし、部屋も空いていれば大きめの部屋を案内してくれるので、良心的だと思います。一回、ベッドが四つの部屋を案内してくれたのは嬉しかったのですが、シャワールームの排水が悪くて足元ビシャビシャになったのは残念でしたが、それ以外は満足出来ました。何よりも綺麗なのが嬉しかったです。それとスリリングなエレベーターにびっくり。
