Beautiful hotel, you get what you pay for. The rooms are comfortable. Located near the metro and taxi stand and 2 minutes walk from the bassin villette. A nice place to hang out in the summer. But what really makes this hotel tide special is the staff. Friendly and always ready to assist or advise.

For the most part, the hotel was clean and comfy, despite it being basic. The room has a nice espresso coffee machine and a continental breakfast. You were close to two metro stations that were strategically placed to enter the heart of Paris. Sadly, there are a few drawbacks. The shower didn't function very well, the pressure and temperature went up, so my husband had two cold, shaky showers both mornings during our stay. Secondly, while we ate in a wonderful restaurant close to the hotel along the riverbank, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was extremely rough and not overly safe, and there was a lot of homelessdrunk people just hanging around, making both me and my husband extremely uneasy. Finally, the ownergeneral manager of the motel is the biggest drawback of them all. To put this into perspective, my husband booked the hotel as a birthday present, and he had inquired beforehand if the hotel could do anything nice for him as a birthday gift. Breakfast was offered for one of the mornings we were staying, and we gladly accepted it because it gave us breakfast both mornings instead of just the one. At check-out, the general manager wanted to charge us for both mornings of breakfast, but he denied that breakfast was provided on the first morning. After a trip to Disneyland Paris, I spent a night here last week with my partner and my 4-year-old son. We chose the hotel because it was close to the train station, as we wanted to take my son to Paris. However, our room was quite small for three people but big enough, like it was tattered halfway. There was a blind missing from one of the bathroom windows, which had glue on the top of it like it had been taken off and not repaired, there was no door to the shower room, the hairdryer was half melted and did not look safe to use, and my son's bed was missing. When we first reported the duvet being missing, the front desk promptly made a correction and was quite helpful. When I informed the front desk that the water in the shower wasn't warming up, he advised me to run it a while before entering. The shower ran for 510 minutes and was at best lukewarm. Breakfast was tasty, but it was rather limited. When we arrived, we had already paid for our room. I explained I had paid on arrival, and my partner showed the front desk his bank statement showing where the money had been taken from the hotel. The front desk told me it was a mistake and we would have to pay again. My partner went up to the room to look for the receipt from the previous evening, and the reception
