Rayz Eiffel was a magnificent place to stay in Paris. Staff was fantastic the whole week. Room was clean and had all the amenities we required, the air conditioning was spot on and was a welcome relief during the 38°C heat wave. Without question the best part was location, waling distance to the metro, the Eiffel tower, laundry, grocery stores, and many restaurants, and the view from the roof was amazing during the Bastille Day fireworks. Thank you Rayz Eiffel for making our trip to Paris and our 20th wedding anniversary special.

Welcoming staff, wonderful service despite my inability to speak any French. Room was beautiful and well equipped. The terrace was relaxing and offered a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower at nighttime.

We had a wonderful stay at Rayz Hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out comfortably. The kids absolutely loved staying here, which made the trip even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop patio—it felt so peaceful and dreamy, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely magical, especially in the evening. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and an incredible rooftop view, I would definitely recommend Rayz Hotel!

The view from the balcony was fantastic. There were many very helpful and kind staff who served an extremely excellent, fulfilling breakfast. Another thing that I noticed was how comfortable the bed was, I had an amazing night sleep! If you stay here you must visit the roof, the view is fantastic! 10/10 would most certainly recommend for travellers, it made our stay in Paris so much more enjoyable and was one of our many highlights.

This was the perfect location. Central to the Eiffel Tower and lots of shopping and restaurants in the local area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We watched the Bastille Day fireworks from the rooftop with champagne!

The hotel location is great for easy access to the Metro, the Eiffel Tower, supermarkets, and restaurants. The roof top terrace is a perfect place to view the Eiffel Tower, especially at night when it lights up. The view of the Tower is superb. The air conditioning in the rooms work awesome. Very cold. Elevator is ok size, but I think it is typical by European standards, tiny by US standards. The room has an electric two burner cook top, microwave and good size refrigerator with freezer. Utensils, plates, cook pans are included. Very quiet rooms. The spiral staircase can make a few people dizzy. Hallway lights and stair lights are on motion sensors. When entering either one, it make take a second or two for the lights to come on. The staff are very helpful and speak English well enough to easily be understood. I recommend this hotel except when I want to stay there. Leave a room available for me because this is the only hotel I will stay at in Paris.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Paris! Amazing rooftop patio that allows you to enjoy the Eiffel Tower without all the crowds. Great street right behind hotel with fresh fruit, boulangeries and restaurants!

We stayed here during a long 20 hr layover and wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower. Location was perfect and only a short 10 minute walk to the tower. Plenty of dining options around the hotel and Les Invalides also close by. Hotel loft room was nice and quaint for our family of 4 with 1 full bath downstairs and toilet upstairs which is helpful. We went up to look at the rooftop bar the next morning and it has a nice view of the Eiffel but we didn’t get to enjoy it during this short trip. Overall, great stay and we’d go again on our next trip!

Everything was good! Near the Eiffel Tower, staff mainly stayed out the way but accommodating when engaged. Rooms were clean and amenities were sufficient for our stay.

The property is well maintained with friendly staff. Located near plenty of restaurants (walking distance) and under 20 mins to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed during the heat wave - highest temps 110F - and our room maintained 70F.
