Throughout my time living here, I have always been fascinated by tales of the camargue because it seems so spliced with contradictions. The Camargue is flat in a country known for its mountains, in a land that defends it's culture the camargue still enjoys bullfighting at a time when the world has changed very ac the camargue enjoyed enjoying the rural french countryside and enjoying the lush green hills surrounding our little paradise. I thought it would be a wise decision to linger the winter and take time to enjoy the country while wintering in genie dolt. You have 33 kilometers of free french road from lemond to montpellier. You will also pass the villa, which is likely to be designed by Sir Norman Foster as it winds all the way to Montpellier, the most beautiful thing ever made out of concrete, with great views. Our accommodation included a spacious, wellkept patio, a contemporary bathroom, a couple of lovely ancient monuments, and a bull run that went through the town. For the time we got there, we were thrilled to see the vastness of the grounds and amenities despite the fact that no one in the area speaks English even if they do, he directed us to the main reception. I would not suggest this location unless you have a car. It was a little difficult to locate we took a taxi and many phone calls later we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property is very beautiful. There are three pools and a little walking path around a pond and waterfall. But it is a bit of a walk from our room. The apartments were large and clean. One surprise was that there were no towels included in the room, which is usually no problem for us, but it would be nice to know we were expected to bring our own. Despite this I would like to come back this time better prepared.

This apartment is very distinctive, containing many rooms across a spectacular greenery area. It was quite challenging at first to locate the reception, but you just have to travel all the way to the villages end of the road. The surrounding area was lovely, but you should wear mosquito repellent because youll be infested. To our shock, our room had a modest fridge that was very useful for storing French wine. There was a sofa bed on the ground floor and an upstairs main bed, but there was no bathroom or toilet in the upstairs main bedroom.

We stayed here for 5 days. Although the pool was closed for repairs while we were here, it is a wonderful resort. Although off the beaten path, it is just a 5 minute drive to major supermarkets and discount stores mall-like areas. All the sights, including Ares and Mignon, are easily accessible by car. We had a wonderful time. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen, a fantastic air conditioner, and felt safe.

Les Mazets sont à l'entrée du le Village Camarguais, il faillait récupérer les clefs à l'accueil au fond du village, pour ceux qui arrivent réservé sur internet et pour la première fois, c'est difficile d'y trouver. En plus le lendemain matin, il faut retourner pour rendre les clefs. On a été attiré par les piscines, mais elles étaient fermées le soir. Le wifi est payant. La lumière de la salle de bain ne marchait pas. On avait l'impression que ça faisait longtemps que personne avait dormi dans le villa que nous avons pris. Il fallait mettre la couette soi-même dans la housse de couette. Pas de WC à l'étage, c pas pratique la nuit.

La struttura è grande, con unità abitative su due piani, ampio soggiorno e camere da letto al piano superiore. È strato un po' complicato trovarla, è poco segnalata e la reception è in fondo al complesso, tranquillo e isolato. In definitiva buona struttura, comunque comoda se si ha un mezzo proprio.

We choose this self-catering accommodation for its location in the area with easy access to rail and road links to Marseille, Aix-en-provence, Nimes, Arles and so on. Les Mazets is a separate gated resort in the Village Camarguais 800 metres from the main reception. Check whether you have access to the on-site activites before booking if you want to use them. The apartment could do with a bit of decoration touching up but the garden area was well-kept and a partly covered terrace made eating out pleasant.. Wi-Fi was said to be available for 5euros per day by paying Wifipassman which we did not do. One hour per day free wi-fi is available in reception however.
