- For late arrivals (outside reception opening hours): please notify the front desk; contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the Special Requests section in addition to calling.- For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area and dishes.- For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.- Pets are accepted (max. 1 per unit) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.- For group bookings (5 units or more), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.- A photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in.- A credit card pre-authorization of €300 is required upon arrival as a security deposit; this hold is released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (following a satisfactory inspection).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
