The room was spacious and beautifully designed. You can see beautiful art by the famous georgian painter Omar Meskheli who died 1 year ago. And, the nice side of it is that the location is close to the train station.

This location is excellent, in my opinion. It is clean and well-kept, which is a plus. It's tastefully decorated with no extra expense, making for a regal experience. The room is convenient for living in, the beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is functional, you have everything you need, and if something doesn't work out, the staff will gladly assist you. They offer fresh homemade breakfast to suit many tastes. Breakfast is always Instagramworthy and tastes even better than it appears. The staff is extremely pleasant and attentive, they will attend to your every need and note how things are going to work so that you never need to ask next time. Room service is frequent and discreet. Inside the hotel, every wall is decorated with intriguing artworks by local artists. There is a rooftop terrace with a lovely view of the city, a private, quiet spot! Really, you can just sit there, sip wine, and gaze out the windows of the rooms facing north. neutrals the hotel isn't in the city center, but it's still a short 10 minute walk from downtown. The nearby little streets go up and down in a maze, so take some precautions not to get lost the first time around. Taxis can be obtained as a simple way to the location. The staff speaks fluent russian and basic to intermediate English. There are no drawbacks

We are here to help you and want to continue your journey and to continue your holiday. After an hour drive from Radha to Tblisi, we were all exhausted and just looking forward to a restful afternoon. We didn't expect much from this charming-looking hotel, but we were pleasantly impressed when we first arrived. The smart hotel had tastefully designed art pieces, a wide variety of greenery, and vibrant artwork. The rooms are very spacious, with stylish furniture pieces and a clean contemporary bathroom. They also have a rooftop balcony with amazing views of Tblisi. Apart from their amenities, we also appreciate the top-notch service from the owners, amar and her family. Coming from the uae, I can't believe we were offered a delicious home-made georgian breakfast every morning! Knowing that a lavish meal specially created for us would begin our day, made our tblisi stay more memorable.

The room size is big and clean, one has more facilities and one has less amenities. There is a nice view but in a few days you will not notice it. Breakfast is excellent and varied every day. I doubt there will be a person able to eat the full breakfast that was served here. Check it out. Homeowners are really nice and smart people who do their best to make you feel at home. The location is very good for both long and short stays. Highly suggested.

Our tour company manager spent a couple of nights in Tblisi from December 28 to December 30 on his honeymoon after getting married. So much to write about this hotel. I will start with the room first. The double room ordered by us was truly beautiful and had warm, bright colors, a nice combination of furniture, and everything worked perfectly, whatever was needed in the room. The view was nice both on the day and the night. Better room service. As soon as a couple entered the room, the owner herself offered a welcome drink with coffee and a really delectable local cake which looked more like a nice gesture and had a fantastic smile on it. The room was clean and the next cleaning was several times. The bed in the room was nice as well. The one owner amar was courteous, energetic, and smiled to the couple, and she gave breakfast all the food was delicious. We offered breakfast in the room, which was very flexible. No elevator, but stairs are definitely worth it because the rooms and halls are decorated with paintings of the owners father wonderful painter my. Omar kachkachishvili, both in the old city center. The price was very affordable even for georgians. They have eateries and a small port nearby. The area is cozy. Our company is an inbound tour operator in Georgia and our manager stayed there a few wedding nights, and
