Great location, more traditional bedding than what is the norm in most English speaking countries (not a shared duvet each person has his or her own duvet). Not a deal breaker.

Checkin easy und freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und gemütlich. Frühstück einwandfrei. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier ist der Gast willkommen. Ich kenne das Hotel seit über 30 Jahren. Früher noch als „ Hotel Residenz“. Das Henri gibt dem Hotel die Eleganz. Danke ! Gerne wieder.

One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Very charming historic decor. Extremely friendly and professional staff. A nice open kitchen with a tremendous variety and quality for breakfast. Good location, close to restaurants, shops, transit. I highly recommend staying here. It’s more than just a hotel, it is truly an experience.

Garten Station | Lovely courtyard view | Illy coffee pods and coffee machine | Comfortable big bed | Power sockets were plentiful and in the right places | Clean room | Safe easy to use Suggestions for improvement: ramp at front door for suitcases / accessibility (only a few short steps up) | upgrade to newer card keys | install USB power sockets

Quaint boutique hotel in a convenient part of the city (near several public transportation lines). Breakfast is lovely -- better than anything else nearby. Staff of this hotel are all helpful and gracious.

A real old world charmer. Room was huge, bathroom ‘in a closet’ was small but comfortable for us. The location perfect for exploring C’burg, Zoo, Ku’damm, etc, etc. 10 minute walk from a main rail and U-bahn hub; 5 minutes from several U-bahn lines. Lovely lobby/dining and cute gifts. The Gasthaus down the street is typically old style Berlin and good food for most every (including vegetarian) tastes.

Zentral gelegen nahe Ku'Damm, schöne Jugendstilzimmer, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man in Charlottenburg übernachten will.
