I booked it because I got a great deal on the hotel stay for 4 days. The place is in a strategic location, near to the office. Breakfast is standard, we can ask for more fruit options, but at this point we are satisfied. The room was sufficient for the price, the biggest drawback was construction in the area, resulting in lower prices.

There is an excellent location and pleasant employees. The rooms are large, but the hotel's basement has been completely black since the refurbishment, and it is somewhat depressing. It's an excellent breakfast buffet, but no fruits, except for apples. Excellent value for location.

I stay here for two nights for work, good location, nice room, comfortable bed, good shower, iron in the room all you need, I guess the price is about right compared to other hotels. Better hotel than the turn, but not as nice as fleming. Breakfast was good, but there wasn't any fresh fruit, croissants etc.

I stayed here for business because it was relatively close to the financial centers and Altstadt section of town. I've since reread older reviews and can confirm that the situation is still grim in March 2017. I'm actually surprised I made this myself, but I'm only here for one night on business. The hotel itself has an enormous crane parked in front, making it essentially a huge construction site. Scaffolding runs around the hotel, so when you draw the curtains back, there is only scaffolding to view. The curtains themselves are net-style, allowing a lot of light through and forcing you to wake up early. However, the bed is extremely comfortable. The room's decor can only be described as uninviting. Another reviewer appears to have stayed in the same room, and I also had the terrifying batman portrait on the wall looking over me. The decor is quite old and simple. I believe the rate I am paying is over 150 per night, so I'm quite surprised. The rooms do not have adequate soundproofing, so I could hear other residents when they entered and left their rooms. I almost felt like we were in the same flat! The shower was nice, the bed was comfy, and the hotel is close to some restaurants. Other than that, I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.
