Lekker ontbijt op de kamer inbegrepen. Er mag wel wat meer variatie daar in komen. Uitstekende accomodatie met aparte ruime slaapkamer, twee badkamers. Soms duurde het lang voordat er warm water uit de kraan kwam. Elke dag schoonmaak en bed opmaken, heel fijn. Aanbevolen.

The house is brand new, but built with that old country vibe. The beach is walking distance, or very short drive. Breakfast is excellent! We would definitely go back!

Spacious 2 room apartment with big terrace and direct access to the pool. The pool bar service as well as the breakfast were excellent. We had a nice stay. Please be advised that other than shown on hotels.com the hotel is not located in the center of Methodist but a 15 minutes walk from the center on the country side

A nice boutique property that is an easy walk into Methoni, the beach and the castle. The breakfast was delivered to our room each day, with a number of options to choose from. There is a small secured parking lot on the property so we always had a spot for our car.

Nice apartment-type setting with adequate gated parking. Comfortable room with quiet air conditioning, strong wifi signal, and a small patio for breakfast/smokers/etc. Friendly staff provided a hearty made-to-order breakfast at a time of guest's choosing. Easily recommended.

Niki was a gracious host who contacted me with check-in details via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. She gave us very good dining recommendations in Methoni as well as suggested visits during the next day to Pilos, Foinikounta, a nearby village and to Koroni, a seaside town. Our room was spacious with a loft where the queen bed and the attached bathroom are located. For safety reasons, I will suggest that hand rails be installed in the staircase. Below the loft is the living room/ kitchen with another bathroom. The balcony is huge with a view of the famous Methoni castle and the sea. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a lovely stay with a very good breakfast served on terrace at a time of your choice .15 min walk to centre down a lane to the sea.lovely beach buy a drink& then sun beds are free.The castle comes out into the sea which is very interesting.No loud music or high rise hotels.We we’re there in September .

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided breakfast was great. The place is small, so not a lot of interaction with others. The pool was perfect. It’s a nice walk into town, and based on how narrow the streets are, you are better off not taking the car into town. Able to see everything we wanted to in Methoni and the surrounding towns.

I will do this place again and again! This place has a cool and friendly atmosphere, it has new buildings and a delicious breakfast, plus the price is also very reasonable and next to the wonderful beaches in Method and Fiji, and the nice bottle of wine and olive oil as a present.

The place is clean and the design is pretty enough. The interior is very warm and the staff is friendly. The worst thing was the breakfast. Full of cold thinks it's really a disaster. One and a half stars are gone for this, the other because we didn't find a bottle of water in the fridge, there is no place nearby to buy one and the location is quite far from the village.

I am very grateful that I got to spend my very precious vacation time in the most beautiful location in the area with the most amazing people! The apartment was luxurious and had everything you need! All employees and owners are going to make you feel at home. Greek hospitality at its best. I recommend it with my eyes closed. See you next year guys!.

It's sad that I've just got home from the most wonderful week in Agoessa. These new apartments have been the best locations for a wonderful family vacation in Method. We had the loft suite, which was gorgeous, very traditional Greek design combined with all the modern comforts, and the complimentary bottle of greek wine, olive oil, and water upon arrival was such a lovely touch. The kitchen and bathroom areas are very well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras. The beds are extremely comfy! From the moment we arrived, niki was helpful and attentive, with excellent communication channels. The breakfast that is served to you on your balcony every morning was a real highlight! Each morning, there is a variety of choices and is a fantastic way to start the day. Such a quiet, serene location that makes for a great base to explore this lovely area. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!.
