We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Because it is very distant, and we wanted to unwind and feel nice, we visited anna Kalaitzoglou the hair stylist at the ago spa, and wow! It's like a relaxing treatment, as well as the greatest blow-dry ever delivered. I have naturally curly hair, and without hair straighteners, no one has ever maintained it straight and frizz-free, but anna is capable and incredibly gentle and soothing. My hair is silky, silky, and straight after. To spoil her before evening dinner, I've been to see her three times now!.

We had the most wonderful time here, and no member of the staff was too busy. Everyone was so extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. In particular, I must note that Alex from the wunderbar was the most accommodating, caring, and considerate of all the staff, and he made the experience even better. He is, in my opinion, an incredible asset to the resort! He was excellent as well, as was mario, who was truly vibrant and infectious, and was wonderful to be around. It has everything we could possibly want, we only left once to go see lindo, and we had everything we needed there. The main pool and pool bar area are excellent, with daily music played 106 and a lot of activities going on poolside and one of the pools in that area is a little heated, which works out. The pool snack bar and relaxing pool area are both excellent, being much more relaxed in that area and the beach area, both beautiful. We had wonderful food from each of the three specialty restaurants, and the main magic restaurant, even food, was excellent each day. The splash water park is a great addition that saves you money when you have one in resort! We also enjoyed visiting the farm because we were on our honeymoon so enjoyed drinking all day poolside and relaxing. We just left once to see Linda, we had everything we needed there!.

The costs of lodging are really high, I'm not sure if that's contributed to this. The spa is expensive. The cost of an evening massage is much higher than the cost in the uk, and therefore, is the first year that we haven't since massages are much more expensive than in the uk. You would recruit more visitors if you offered a small fee. Would I return? Absolutely, yes. There are some problems that could be fixed, but like with all hotels, and most of my opinions are small. The personnel is attentive and greta and Nina dive Nina are excellent among them. The activities are readily organized and can be easily scheduled online. Tennis, tennis courts, and shuffleboard are all excellent. Mojitos are excellent, particularly the drinks are excellent! The hotel is tidy and wellkept. The waterspout is excellent. My kids loved the slides, and the pools are fantastic. Evening entertainment, especially the youngest group, is more affordable. If you want to visit Semi or Rhodes City, you will probably be content because the place is lovely and quiet, but it is usually crowded due to couid. Obviously, couid has a significant effect on this. The spa is overpriced. We always book a massage, but this is the first year we havent since massages are far more

The quality of this hotel resort is very good. My wife and I have a wonderful week-long stay here and will definitely stay there again. We both thought the pastry chefs did an outstanding job at serving the desserts! The pools were very cold, but the areas around the pools were very clean and had shutters if you needed a bit of shade. The children's club for the night is great. Live music one night, magic show another, something for all tastes. We used the adults' bar on the terrace because it was very comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the crew for a wonderful holiday.
