Let's start with the positives, the staff was all-around five stars. We arrived at the middle of the night and were given rooms all over the place but it was all settled in the morning. The staff worked hard to hand over drinks and ice cream from two bars. Almost always with a smile. They saved the vacation. Elmo suits are one building and the rooms are great. Nevertheless, we had last-minute. Com room preferences and ended up in Porto Reco Village. The rooms are clean, worn-out, and without amenities. Most likely 2 stars. Make sure you reserved the room. For the Cosmo Group. You do not oversell because you create unhappy customers. The rooms were clean, but some extras, like glasses, iron, etc., would increase the rating of the room. All inclusive food was at best ordinary. The green session had burgers, chips, and pasta. Not fantastic. The fish was bland, and the chicken when served was the highlight. If we had overcooked prawns one day, we had to go out at night to get a decent meal. There are many restaurants, but avoid the Scorpio bar and organ bar as they have the same kitchen and the same food as all inclusive, generally the pools are small and there is a constant fight for sun chairs as at any resort. We recently departed from our four-day stay at the elm suites. See the attached images for details. Finally, feel free to chit a long. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the heart of the resort. On the promenade, it has a lovely beachside position. There is an extensive ai drink package, and excellent meals. The standards were high and reliable. There isn't much I can say that is negative. Aside from an early morning flight, we had booked an early breakfast. The reception asked for our room number, etc. However, when we got up and arrived at the dining establishment. There was no breakfast, no food, and staff were only just coming in. extremely horrible. This is probably more a reflection of the employee than the hotel. You are both entitled to be fed as a paying visitor. The pool toilets, which are below ground and infested with flies and mosquitoes, are the other area to improve. Something like electric fly rappers or closing the doors may help. But this does not look good. Apart from that, the hotel is highly recommended. Would I stay here again? It was the perfect vacation. First time with a 7 month old baby. We had a large room, a bed for the baby, very clean, a very large balcony with sea view, and the food was very good. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. I will definitely return there.

We recently finished our vacation and stayed in the Elm suites for four days. For a bit of context, see the attached pictures. And please sing a long. The hotel offers gorgeous views from the small cliff view restaurant. There's a huge ai beverage package, the food is delicious. The standards are extremely high, and they're consistently high. There's not much I can say that is positive. Apart from an early morning flight, we had booked an early breakfast. The receptionist requested our room number, etc. When I got up and arrived at the dining facility, I saw no breakfast or amenities, the staff was just getting in. Extremely bad. That's probably more reflective of a staff member, but reflects on the hotel. You are both entitled to be fed as a paying visitor. The pool toilets below ground, which are infested with mosquitoes, are the other area to work on. Something like electric fly rappers or keeping the doors closed might assist.
