Our area room was our only option when we checked out from this hotel yesterday morning. Because there isn't a reception or staff present, the hotel appears more like an airing property, but they will be happy to help if you text them. Sophia was excellent at sharing all the information about the surrounding area, and she arranged a transfer to the airport for us. However, because there was a restaurant in front facing the balcony where personnel and visitors passed by all day and until late at night, we were unable to even leave the curtains open in our room due to privacy concerns, let alone sitting in the hot tub, it was not at all private. Everywhere in the restaurant's glass partition doesn't have frosted glass, making everyone see everything. We did not feel at all at ease. Your neighbors next door neighbor and you share the same balcony, and there is just one tiny section between them, but you can see what they are doing and yours, and you can see what you are doing. Thank goodness our neighbors were a really excellent couple. They have a rooftop with two separate rooms, which is great and ideal for sunset views, so both evenings we had incredible dreamy sunset views from this rooftop, but when we first walked to see the sunset on the first night, we saw our neighbor's neighbor enjoying the hot tub but as soon as we got there, we felt uncomfortable, so they

We love the place. The view is out of this world. At the same time, you can view both a volcano and a spill. Fantastic sunsets can be seen from the hot tub. The Aurora room we stayed in was better because it had a rooftop terrace above the restaurant, giving you more privacy. The room was very comfortable, the host left us some crackers and jam for a quick break. Below there is a supermarket where you can buy necessities and delicious wine for an evening drink. It is located on the main oil street, but you can't hear any noise. I hope to return someday.

Yesterday morning, as we just checked out from this hotel, we remained in the adjacent room. First and foremost, there isn't a receptionist or staff working there, but if you message them, they'll be more than happy to assist you. Sophia was excellent at giving us all the details on the neighborhood, and she organized a transportation to the airport for us. We spent about 800 dollars for two nights, and it had a private hot tub, but it wasn't truly private because there was a restaurant directly in front of a balcony where employees and visitors passed by all day until late at night, so we couldn't even leave the curtains open in our room, let alone relax in the hot tub, due to privacy concerns, let alone that we couldn't set the curtains open in our room. There is no glass to the dining area glass, making it impossible for anyone to see everything. We were not at all at all comfortable. Both your neighbors and you share the same balcony, and they share the same level of space on the rooftop, making it ideal for viewing the sunset on the first night. We appreciated the real good neighbors we had with them. They do have a rooftop with two distinct rooms for two apartments, which is wonderful for sunset views, but as soon as we got there, we felt uncomfortable, so they left and went downstairs to their room to be changed, and, perhaps, I would
