Spent 3 relaxing nights at this hotel with a view of the port and promenade of Volts. Excellent and helpful staff. The room was equipped with toiletries, air conditioning, heating, and a balcony. Nice breakfast. Refrigerator in the room for drinks and snacks and a bar downstairs. Certainly recommended and a pleasure to stay.

I highly recommend this place. We went to skiathos with my wife and we needed one accommodation close to the port. I really like this hotel. This hotel is exactly located on the port side. The room is clean and is also near the volta nightlife and restaurants. I think this place is worth a visit.

As a overnight stay at volts, we chose this hotel. We were offered a room with a double bed, on the first floor, on the side of the hotel. The room was small. The room was tidy. Furniture was old but in good condition. The whole room was like a plasterboard cage because the walls and floor weren't concrete and maybe because they changed a big room into two smaller. The shower was very small and there was only one piece of toilet paper and we had to find a bag for the paper bin. The restroom door was old and didn't close properly. Bed was fine, but the pillows were tall and hard, so this made our sleep uncomfortable. The bed sheet and blanket were clean. We spent nearly 5 minutes trying to figure out how to lock our room door from outside with the key. I have never seen a hotel where you only use the key to unlock the door, and if you want to lock it, you have to do so from inside, turn the knob and then close it. No one told us it should be done like that. But the worst thing was the noise. The window and veranda door, while closed, appeared to be out of the way. We felt the wind chill coming in and could hear everything out on the street. A huge discomfort was the sound of the running water inside the water pipes, over time someone from other rooms or probably the service room

The hotel is situated in a great position, right on the shore with restaurants and a ferry port close by. We tried to book the recently renovated hotel next door, but were denied a room with no view at a high price. So we went to the Jackson Hotel and were thrilled to be offered a sea view room for half the price with breakfast included. We could watch the world pass on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The furniture was traditional but in excellent shape, the place was clean, and the staff was very helpful. However, the beds werent the most comfortable we had just been dumped with coconut beds and mattress toppers at our previous hotel, there was a lot of noise from the corridors and elevator in the morning, I guess by people going to take the ferry, and the shower room was in need of refurbishment because the floor was completely flooded as we took our showers. It was a good and cheap onenight stay. However, if some money were spent on improvements, this hotel would be fantastic.
