One of my favorite stays I've ever had - and I've traveled a lot! This was special. Vasilis has a beautiful place he is choosing to share with the world, and I don't understand why but I am grateful he does! It's beautifully maintained and very clean - the attention to detail is subtle but much appreciated. My husband and I will be back as soon as we can. :)

The hotel is very peaceful and perfectly quiet. We loved breakfast out on the terrace with their own eggs and high quality cheese and honey and jams. The place is a real traditional mountain home with lovely details. The room was beautiful, and the bed comfortable. We spent

The accommodations were excellent! They exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the entire property was a beautiful oasis. We really enjoyed our delicious breakfast. The host and hostess were very helpful and friendly. (They suggested a nice beach on the afternoon of our arrival and gave us good directions. They also provided a map and some excellent advice for the rest of our trip.) We'll recommend this place to our friends!

Great place to visit if you are interested in an authentic Greek experience. Very friendly an helpful hosts in a small village up in the mountains. A couple of small tavernas in the village and great breakfast from Vasilios and his partner. All in all a pleasant experience escaping the extremely busy beach resorts of Halkidiki (invaded by Eastern Europeans)

This was one of our best experiences with a holiday accommodation ever. The owner family is so friendly and made our week in Greece to an unforgettable experience. Even now some time later we often think about the great time we had. In the house everything is provided. The rooms are cozy and have a great view. The breakfast is delicious and we also had dinner every night. We hope so much to come one day back! Highly highly recommended .

Even if this hotel wasn't close to a beach, we had a very pleasant stay for 7 nights. The owners are very nice people, helpful with any questions, itineraries, etc... The rooms are decorated in a very classy way, with lots of antique, heirloom items, perfectly placed. Very nice breakfast was included, and the owner prepared delicious optional dinner.

Unique small place, with a lot of original atmosphere. You can eat their in the evening if you like, it is not a restaurant, but they have alldays, suggestion form the house, which is local greek country kitchen, very tasteful. The hotel have a very small pool. The owner can recommend you what to see in the area and you can rent mtb at the hotel.

Absolut fantastiskt hotell!

It was a lovely, tranquillity base. We loved the hospitality of Vasilis, who is also an excellent cook. Although we had a sun and beach holiday, we preferred Viraggas and loved it.

Very poor start when we arrived at 01.00 having e mailed the proprietor and he having replied this was ok, we found the place in darkness. We managed to bang on door and rouse him where by he came to let us in giving us quite a dressing down and although we were polite and apologised we had had difficulty finding the place in the dark he continued to berate us. The next morning he came over, we assumed to make amends and welcome us , but no, he launched into a tirade about expedia customers, how expedia had made him give us a double discount and yet he did not get the money when we paid etc. Oh. Ok. What about the other staff then? One very surly girl who was at best sour and unfriendly and at worst also shouted at me for commenting that the coffee was stone cold. She did apologise, but gave me back the coffee still cold, and heaven help you if you dared ask for another cup. We also got told off for using too many towels, even though there were 4 of us, and had extra blankets we had taken out confiscated without explanation. Also the place had a small pool, one of the reasons I booked it, but on our first day the host told off some guests in it for splashing, then next day he roped it off claiming they had broken something. It remained out of bounds for the entire 10 days without any further explanation. We noted considerably different behaviour towards other guests but to us they could not have been more disdainful or inhospitable, the likes of which I have NEVER known.
