I feel extremely pleasantly surprised, I got upgraded to a super deluxe room, which was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the location was ideally placed for visiting popular attractions.

Overall, a fantastic family vacation at banana. Is. I went to Udaipur with my family for a weekend and reserved a walk-in room. Pawn Sisodia at the front desk is very kind, and he handles the general operations. The rooms are modest but extremely cozy, with mattresses and other amenities included. It is worth the money. The roof cafe offers a beautiful view of Lake Nicholas. The cafe is pricey for comp. It might be in the middle of the city, which is why other local cafes are likely located in the city center. Breakfast has a one-man army called Satyanarayan Ji. Handling things all alone in front. Dinesh and park Ji housekeeping perform their part very well. Continue your good work.

Despite the room being a little bigger than I anticipated, the rooftop view makes up for it. The food is delicious, and the staff is really helpful and efficient. If you want to be at home in a tiny yet lovely area, this is the place for you!

The hotel is not very good and the common area is in a state of restoration. The beds were not very good. Dust. They wouldn't come here for cleaning, you have to ask for it sometimes. The bathroom had a window through which guests could see everything clearly, no security. The hot water was solar, so it was not very hot, so bathing in 6 degrees is difficult. The restaurant was open to everyone, so they wouldn't allow you to work from it. The wifi was very poor, I couldn't relay it. The staff was at least a bit helpful. The restaurant was quite expensive and the food wasn't all good on Dec 2020 night. Breakfast was also ok, not very good but not very bad. Hope they take into account this review.

The overall experience was quite good. The hotel was in a prime location and the staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the view from the balcony. Not as expected.

Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!
