Very conveniently located near judge beach and the city and easy to reach Om beach. The owner is helpful and friendly. Good aircon. It hasn't been open very long and still had some teething problems about plumbing and other things when we were there but the owners sorted them out when we were raised. Landscaping is also still a work in progress. The owners, Jasmine and Sari are great and very professional, have excellent customer service, understanding of tourism, and impeccable English. However, some of their young employees could use some training, less time on mobiles and conversations among themselves, more awareness of customers, etc, plus maybe a bit more English spoken by the team, which would help communication and engagement with international customers.

Very excellent service is essentially the best place you can stay in Goanna. To be honest, it was a rather amazing connection experience that I traveled alone there. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. They did not only assist me inside the hotel, but they also assisted me outside of it, especially Yusuf Bhai, who was like my best goto buddy throughout my goanna trip, even though I only visited for one day, because their generosity ensured that I remained there for four full days, if only one because I felt very comfortable with their exceptional hospitality! Congratulations, Yusuf Bhai.

We had a reservation for two nights at Coconut Tree Resort on January 25 th and 26 th through application payment at checkout, credit card details visible on my account page. I have a hard time getting a call from the hotel asking if they were indeed coming on our assigned dates. I confirm and say yes, there is no change in our plans. They ask for an estimated arrival time to which I respond around 11.30 am, maybe an hour later normal check time is 12 am, we drove from Murudushwar to the resort around 1.20 am just 80 minutes after the usual check time of 12 am. To our great shock, the resort owner tells me that we were trying to call him, but you didn't pick up, so we cancelled our reservation and given the rooms to someone else, which now were sold out! I checked my phone and there were roughly 34 calls from the resort, which I honestly didn't see on my phone because I was driving and my phone was in the back. I was very upset because 1.This has never happened before. 2. I had confirmed my arrival on Friday, so canceling my reservation and granting me two rooms instead? No message or anything was sent either as it would violate privacy, according to them, but cancellations are absolutely fine and they are freely available to cancel and do whatever they please. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we had a great stay
