My brother and I were driving through chengannur, so we planned to eat lunch at a safe location and choose an empire residency. With January 2018 noon, the hall appeared good and there was also air conditioning with a forest theme. There was not only a seat in the hall. The waiter took 25 minutes to appear and ask us what we desired. We inquired about what was available, he said in hotel fashion, beef brain and fried rice only with hands on his hip. We inquired if he did not have a menu and he tried to run away, but we obliged him to get a brain and fried rice. The food was good, not bad, but this was the treatment for a hungry client. When Malaysians are able to provide excellent service around the world, why not in their hometown?.

If you want to stay in a big hotel, make sure the room you choose is spacious, it will get the best service you will get.

Rooms are nice and good hotels for business travelers. We stayed in an AC room and it was very spacious. Apart from the bedroom there is a living area that is really convenient for our discussion and meeting rooms. The hotel has beer and wine parlors too so the entrance area appears to be always packed in terms of rooms. We just had 1 night and stayed in the morning.

We stopped here on our way from Thiruvananthapuram to Guruvayoor during our pilgrimage tour. But our expectations were not high. But you will be surprised. The hotel rooms are large and very comfortable. You will have a comfortable sleep. We were only staying for one night so had no choice but to stay there. But the experience was comfortable.
