While visiting Bangalore for the Christmas holiday, we visited as a family and found this hotel through Google Maps search. On December 21, 2020, we checked in and out on December 27 2020. My wife and her adult son and I were in a 3-bed room. The hotel rooms were amazingly clean, the owner went above and above to meet all of the needs in the room, and we were really impressed, starting with simple and easy check-out. We had an enjoyable stay in a five-star hotel, given how much care they take. We were extremely cordial and trained staff, and it was like staying in a fivestar hotel, which was on par with their level of care. 4.55 for this item. Breakfast was included in the room, and there was no eggsomlettes. This hotel is near the busiest neighborhood of Bangalore. The city center mall is nearby this hotel, and the city is close to the busiest area in the city. We had ice cream every day of our visit. It's also close to machi, a well-known fish food restaurant, and a 2-minute walk from the ideal cafe that is known for its ice creams in Bangalore. Room size is wide. The air conditioning works perfectly without making noise. Nice location, but the breakfast is mediocre and limited. No dosas are available. Chutney covered in powder. Bad food. Better eat at the ideal cafe 2 minutes away from the hotel. The bathroom door stuck and we have to call room service for this. It gets stuck when you want to try opening the door from the outside. They didn't provide a kettle initially. After telling the owner they provided. But it is useless because the refined sugar they provided does not enhance the tea taste properly. Even after using dairy creamer, the tea's color is like black tea. Room service needs training. He is not up to the task. Advice for hotel management to fix all the drawbacks and make your hotel the best.

As a family trip to Bangalore over the Christmas holidays, we traveled to Bangalore and found this hotel via Google Maps search. We checked in on December 2020 and checked out on December 27 2020. For me, my wife, and my adult son, we stayed in a three-bedroom hotel. The hotel rooms were incredibly clean, and the owner took great care to fulfill every requirement in the room, and we were very impressed from the simple and quick checking until the checkout. The team is really hospitable and competent, and in terms of degree of care, we felt as though we were staying in a five-star hotel. We really felt like staying in a 5-star hotel, which is the level of care they are showing. Breakfast was included in the breakfast, which was a schmeier room with a breadbutter for breakfast, whereas there was no eggsomlette. For this item, this hotel is within walking distance of the city center mall. Located in the heart of the bangalore city and shopping district. We had ice cream every day of our stay at the ideal cafe famous for its ice cream-making in Bangalore. It is also near the taj mahal cafe, which is famous for its local delicacies in Bangalore, and it is also very close to Machi, a famous fish food spot. 55 for this item. Parking

Props of the room are large. The air conditioner works normally without any noise. Good community. Cons breakfast is worse and less variety. Also no dosa. Stale chutney. Bad taste. It's better to eat at the ideal cafe which is 2 minute's walk from the hotel. Our bathroom door got stuck and we had to call room service for this. It gets stuck when you want to try to open from outside. They didn't provide kettle before. They offered it after we informed the owner. However, it is useless because the refined sugar they provide does not improve the tea taste properly. Even after using dairy creamer, the tea is black tea. Room service needs training. He is not up to his job. Advice for hotel management fix all the negatives so that your hotel is the best place to stay.
