For guests who are having complimentary breakfast can have it between 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM in Royal Dine Restaurant only. An additional fees applied for guest having complimentary breakfast in the room.

Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact the property directly for more information.
-In case of early check-in prior to 06:00 AM, an additional 100% room rates will be charged per night
-In case of early check-in from 06:00 am to 12:00 Noon, an additional 60% room rates will be charged per night
-In case of early check-in from 09:00 am to 12:00 Noon an additional 40% room rates will be charged per night
-Guests checking out after 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM will be charged half day room fees. -Guests checking out after 5:00 PM will be charged full room fees.

Guest is requested to observe, abide by confirm to be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the doors of their rooms while going out or when returning. The Management will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of goods and any property, due to neglect or any other cause, not for damage there to.
Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay

Joiners or visitors are not allowed in the residential area except designated waiting area. Please contact the property for more information

Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, with address, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples and Local ID. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law.

No outside visitors are allowed in the hotel rooms. We have a waiting area where visitors can meet room guests not late till 09:00 pm.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival. Please note that the ‘day of arrival’ begins at 12:00 pm noon.
The management does not hold itself responsible for any accidents. Howsoever caused whether by use of electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances or by natural causes including act of God resulting either loss / damage to themselves and / or their property. Cars left in our car park are parked at your own risk.
The management reserves to itself the right to request any guest to vacate their room, without any prior notice and any reason for such request. The management reserves to itself the right to add to alter or amend any of the above terms, condition and rules.
The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of the government taxed applicable, Meals and other services are available at extra cost. Extra bed facilities is in the form of Mattress on the floor.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
