House Rules

Check-in and check-out times must be respected as stated in the booking details.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. No visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
Parties, events, or gatherings are permitted without any Damages.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors at all times.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoking is permitted outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
Please keep the property clean and tidy. Any excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
Do not move furniture or remove items from the property.
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use.
Please remove your shoes at the entrance (if applicable).
Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to the host.
Lost keys or damages to property will be charged to the guest.
Failure to follow house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
