We spent a business trip at pride sun village and the accommodation was great, all the employees were very kind, including housekeeping, front desk, great service, security, and all the staff members were very helpful.

Where do I begin? I spent three nights in September at the pride sun village. The accommodation is large and outdated. There are real complaints. The location is great, only 10 minutes from both bag and anna. However, the service is completely unacceptable. After midnight, there is no room service. Claims to be a fourstar, but anything less. Forget room service, they couldnt even ship a spoon to the room for the parcel I had received. Blank refusal 2. The pool personnel are the rudest Ive ever seen. I have never seen pool personnel police guests like this. In fact, one of them stood next to the shower to ensure everyone literally bathes before entering the pool. They asked us to go back under the shower and wash our legs correctly. It was actually quite hilarious, the breakfast is below average and it is simply terrible. Poor, oily chicken, and milky coffee. There are many excellent restaurants close by. Dont be eating here 4. Security they have 2 access lanes for entry and exit. These gates, per them, are greater security than the white house. I made a mistake at 3 am to take the car into the exit gate when we were returning. However, the staff rudely made sure we werent permitted inside by violating a rule. So imagine shifting outside of a narrow lane at 3 am only to take the next lane 10 feet away. Overall, a

I came to goa for the industrial visit, so this hotel is one of the best in terms of facilities. We found this hotel on Google. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The experience I had was so good and the food tastes good.

We had a business trip to Pride Sun Village Resort I Spa and we had a great experience. The entire resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious as expected. Thank you so much to the entire team. I am hoping to visit again with my family.
