There was an error on my checkin date. We took almost an hour finding my booking name and confirmation from Expedia. The manager took care of me very well. While even 1 hr later. Expedia couldn’t response anything. However, I was sent to rest to the room by all the welcoming hotel staff happily..

I thoroughly recommend Madison Srinagar for families traveling there. I went to Madison Srinagar with my family on 3172022 without making any prior arrangements. I was pleasantly astonished by the front desk manager's effort to get us a room, which he graciously upgraded, despite the fact that a large number of new visitors were checking in at the time. We reserved for three nights and enjoyed a wonderful experience at madison's breakfast and supper, which was further made pleasant by the highly efficient restaurant personnel, who was constantly eager to provide us with anything we needed in a hurry. Madison srinagar offers a warm and charming vibe, with the personnel graciously greeted and giggling to make you feel at home.

I really appreciate avoid bhai at madison srinagar swimming pool. Their service was nice with the help of the staff. The setting for changing was excellent. Madison has a nice atmosphere and luxury feel. The food was good, the swimming pool was a nice feeling with helper, which made the moment special.

The condition of the property is very well maintained. The facilities are good, except for elevator 1. The buffet dinner is not ideal. I had to order a la carte instead.

We spent 3 days here in July 2022. Amazing precautions during the pandemic, clean and extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Oh, and they are all constantly covered up. The housekeeping team is prompt and effective, ishfaq khan and ishfaq payer Imtiyaz khan deserve special recognition for how quickly and correctly they respond to housekeeping requests and how neatly they leave the rooms! The room is spacious and the view is beyond compare to other hotels. Read more.

Washrooms need better cleaning and maintenance for getting an overall better experience. Otherwise, the rooms are okay for staying and a comfortable night at the property.

Everything was great, but I had to make some changes to my reservation and I was charged a penalty fee which I think I shouldn't of payed. As I stayed at their hotels (Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg) for the rest vacation. I only changed the locations.
