The location is good, the food is good, and the staff is nice, but the amenities are not very good. The room was too small, not even the size shown in the picture. The ac wasn't working properly, and the tissues were not given. There was a need for a new bedsheet, however, the quality was not good and torn.

We stayed with family, we paid for it, great receiving, coordination, response to questions and good veg food. The staff is polite and quick to respond. It's on the main road and easy access.

The hotel needs to pay close attention to cleanliness and provide spotless rooms. Blankets and pillows appeared to have been used and should be replaced before guests arrived. If floor rooms are allocated and you have an elderly person with you, no lift would be a concern. Parking is the best part because it has so much space. The property can be kept well, especially in the rooms!.

Overall stay was good, nice ambience, spacious lounge and TV room. Nature behind hotel with flowing river is mesmerizing. Restaurant in ground floor was so helpful. Complimentary breakfast was provided. This location was very near to Nisargadhama. People around were friendly and caring. Hospitality was pleasing. As remote check-in was available, opted for a room from the displayed list. During actual check-in , in reception - we were told that the room that we selected is not suited for four members. It is for only 3 members. This disappointed us. Because our requirement was for four members and searched based on that. Remote check-in was based on this requirement.
