Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of the properties, with or without guardians. The property does not recommend families.
Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the property.
Important note for extremely cold months of operation (roughly November-March): - Room heaters are available on request and will be provided on a chargeable basis. Please contact the reception for availability and applicable charges. - Due to the extreme cold in the region, our property provides complimentary bonfire.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
Right to admission reserved.
The property believes in self-help and does not provide luggage assistance or room services.
The property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 3 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
This property neither serves nor permits the consumption of non-vegetarian and egg-based food items within the property.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas at the premises. However, the same shall be only as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
By Car: Drive down on Delhi-Pathankot highway and turn towards Chamba-Pathankot road. Keep driving and take a right from NHPC Chowk Banikhet. Drive straight for around 4 km to reach Zostel Banikhet.
From Gaggal Airport: 101 km, 3 hours, ~INR 2500-3000 for a cab to Zostel Banikhet.
From NHPC Chowk Banikhet: 4 km, INR 200 for a taxi to Zostel Banikhet.
From Pathankot Railway Station: 80 km, 2.5 hours, ~INR 3500 for a taxi to Zostel Banikhet.
