Menginap 3 hari disini serasa rumah sendiri, pemiliknya ramah dan sarapannya cocok sama mulut dan plus2 nya -air berlimpah, water heater aktif dan kamar mandinya luas - bisa sewa antar jemput wisata -laundry pakaian -dan durian montong klo pas berbuah di halaman penginapan Sangat saya rekomendasikan

Kami menginap 2 malam tipe kamar family (2 bedroom connecting) . Kamar dan kamar mandinya luas. Ada bathup juga. Untuk furniture sederhana. Kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi 8/10. View nya juara banget. Dikelilingi gunung, lembah dan laut. Kolam renangnya jg memiliki view yg sama. Kebersihan kolam 8/10. Utk kebersihan hotel 8/10. Pelayanan dari staff nya 9/10. Semua ramah dan sigap ketika kami butuh bantuan. Breakfast ala carte dan kami pilih mini beef steak. Enak masakannya. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan tempat makan dan air terjun sendang gile. Yg sangat disayangkan kamar tempat kami menginap banyak semut dan laron (kamar 201A). Saat pagi hari terdapat tumpukan laron dimana2 (di teras dan di dalam kamar). Saya mencoba mencari staff nya utk membantu membersihkan laron tersebut, sangat disayangkan petugasnya tidak standby 24 jam. Jadi saya harus menunggu jam 7 pagi utk mendapatkan sapu. (FYI, Mereka bekerja mulai jam 7 pagi sampai jam 21 malam) . Karena saya kesulitan menghilangkan laron dari kamar dan teras (disapu tetap saja berdatangan), akhirnya 2 petugas setelah lebih dari 30 menit berhasil membunuh dan menyingkirkan laronnya. Dan perlu diwaspadai monyet yg berkeliaran di dalam hotel dan mengincar makanan (termasuk di tpt sampah) Masukan utk Rinjani Lodge : mungkin sebaiknya ada petugas yg standby 24 jam sehingga ketika kami butuh bantuan (listrik sempat padam tengah malam) , kami bisa terbantu.
