A: By default, check-in time is at 14:00. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. We will try to accommodate you if you need an early check-in, but we can’t promise. It is subject to the villa's availability. Please note that our staff is available until 6 pm. Self-check-in is available after 6 pm.

A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through WhatsApp from 9 am to 5 pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests. However, he/she does not reside on-site at all times.
Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
A: Yes, a daily housekeeping service will be available at your convenience. To respect every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
A: For eco-friendly reasons, towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick them up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
