Pelayanan yang ramah, kamar rapi namun kamar mandi agak berantakan. Tapi sejauh ini baik-baik saja. Sarapan di sini hanya pancake jadi siap-siap isi ulang hehehe. Harga sesuai dengan kamarnya juga luas, tapi TV tidak ada siaran. Sinyal WiFi bagus. Restoran cepat tutup di malam hari, jadi harus membeli jajanan di luar jika ingin bergadang.

This hotel is a good place to spend the money. but they do not provide any amenities such as shampoo, toothpaste, gel, and shower gel, they only set the towels, and the air conditioner and fan occasionally turn themselves. I recommend this hotel.

Lokasinya dekat dengan pusat pasar malam atau seni. Kondisi hotelnya bersih dan pelayanannya ramah. Saya senang menginap disini. Jika ada kesempatan saya akan menginap lagi disini. Semoga kedepannya bisa terus berkembang. Mohon untuk memperbanyak pilihan sarapannya.

Staff di resepsionisnya sangat baik hati. Kamarnya sejuk dan kamar mandinya memiliki desain outdoor yang berbeda dari hotel lainnya. Saya sangat suka dengan hotel ini.

We stayed there for two nights. The location is nice and in a good location. Several minutes walk to the harbor. But there were issues. We were assigned the est cottage right across the street on the first day, and there was a lot of noise, which we could hear because they were full. Yet, the ac wasn't working, and it was really hot in Gil. We complained several times and discovered that the management wasn't always available. It's odd that we hadn't seen the manager during our nights there. Due to the extremely hot temperature on the day of the month, we couldn't sleep at night on the same day. I must add, the guys in charge of the house were extremely well-behaved, and they apologized for this several times the next morning. The pool was nice but unclean. But the next day, they provided us a cottage with a working air conditioner but had 2 separate beds. We still refused it just because of the air conditioning. So the property was nice, but the service wasn't up to par. However, the brunch was unsatisfactory. The most delicious pancakes are to be had. Don't miss it! They also offered fresh fruit juice, which was also delicious, in many other locations in Bali. In all of these issues, it's a lovely and convenient place to stay in gil.

Sangat direkomendasikan untuk yang sangat menghargai pelayanan terbaik dan keramahan dari sebuah penginapan. Ketika saya tiba di Gili ini, saya belum waktunya checking tetapi saya malah mendapatkan sarapan gratis, pemilik sangat ramah dan kebetulan manusia asing, tempatnya sangat nyaman, dekat dengan pantai, AC sangat dingin, kamar mandinya outdoor dan pemandangan langsung ke kolam renang, sarapannya sangat enak dan segar, masih hangat, staf dan pemiliknya selalu ada di penginapan ini, yang terpenting adalah hospitalitynya yang membuat selalu ingin kembali untuk menginap di Gilli.

Aku sudah membaca begitu banyak ulasan dari PT Hotelchalet ini dan aku setuju dengan komentar positif mereka. Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap di Gili Trawangan. Stafnya sangat ramah dan baik. Harga kamarnya terjangkau dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, saya dapat memberikan 5 bintang. Aku tidak sabar untuk mencicipi pancake pisang untuk sarapan besok! Padahal mereka bilang itu pancake terlembut di Lombok.
