Kamar bersih, kasur nyaman, staf frontdesknya ramah. Lokasi dekat dengan pantai Legian, bisa jalan kaki lewat gang sempit. Banyak minimarket di sekitar hotel. Di seberang hotel ada karaoke bar yang buka sampai jam 11 malam. Overall Sudah sesuai dengan harga yang dibayarkan.

Saya menemukan hotel yang tidak terlalu mahal, tetapi fasilitasnya cukup memuaskan bagi saya, pelayanannya juga ramah, cocok untuk yang ingin liburan tapi mencari hotel budget, di sini tempatnya, dekat kemana-mana.

Saya tinggal di sini selama 3 malam, lokasi dekat pantai, jalan sekitar 500 meter dari hotel. Setiap pagi anak saya meminta pantai. Harganya juga terbilang murah karena kamarnya tidak luas, cukup untuk berdua. Saya memesan 2 kamar untuk saya dan suami dan anak-anak, tetapi sayangnya hotel ini tidak memiliki pintu penghubung. Saat masuk ke kamar, kamar saya tidak memiliki handuk sama sekali dan kamar anak saya tidak memiliki sabun. Kebetulan ada staf CS di lantai itu, kita langsung meminta handuk dan sabun. Mungkin lain kali kamar akan siap digunakan. Kemudian malam kedua, AC di kamar saya bocor, awalnya ditawari pindah kamar tetapi karena kami harus jauh dari kamar anak kami, kami menolak tawaran tersebut. Akhirnya malam itu pihak hotel memanggil teknisi luar untuk memperbaiki AC, tetapi ACnya malah terasa panas, tetapi besoknya setelah kami pulang jalan-jalan, ACnya sudah dingin lagi, mungkin sudah diperbaiki saat kami jalan-jalan, tetapi lagi handuk kamar tidak tersedia di kamar anak saya habis dibersihkan pagi harinya. Untuk makanan, meskipun hanya bisa memilih satu menu, rasanya enak, tapi antara satu staf dengan staf lainnya tidak berkomunikasi dengan baik. Hr pertama dan kedua sarapan, kami ditawari roti tetapi di hari ketiga tidak ditawari tetapi tamu lain tidak mendapatkannya. Mungkin perlu perbaikan untuk staf. Secara keseluruhan, cukup puas karena t 4 nya dekat dengan pantai dan rasa makanannya enak, meskipun menunya itu-itu saja selama 3 hari kami menginap.

Untuk makanan meskipun hanya boleh memilih 1 menu, rasanya enak, cuma antara satu staf dengan staf lainnya enggak berkomunikasi dengan baik. Hr pertama dan kedua sarapan kami ditawarin roti tapi di hari ketiga enggak ditawarin tapi tamu-tamu lain dapat. Mungkin perlu perbaikan untuk stafnya. Harganya terjangkau dan desainnya modern. Kalau kalian tipe orang yang tidur lebih awal mungkin kurang cocok karena lokasinya di pertigaan dan pasti akan terdengar suara kendaraan yang lewat. Tapi kalau mau tidur diatas jam 11 malam masih oke.

Lokasi strategis di sekitar Legian, banyak kafe dan penjual souvenir. Jarak ke jalan utama Legian sekitar 200 meter. Hotel ini memiliki kolam renang yang bagus di rooftop, hanya saja kamarnya tidak kedap suara, masih terdengar bising di malam hari.

Lokasinya strategis, keluar hotel langsung bisa nemuin banyak banget resto dan bar yang enak. Staf disini ramah dan membantu juga. Tempatnya bersih, harganya terjangkau, mereka juga ada kolam renang di atap yang buka dari jam 06.00- 21.00. Satu hal yang kurang kemarin pas nginep disini ACnya bocor selama 2 malam. Pas bocor itu langsung telpon ke front desk tapi karena waktu itu udah malam sekitar jam 10, engineersnya udah pulang dan terpaksa harus nunggu smp pagi jadi lantai yg kena air AC cuma dikasih mat biar gak licin. Pas pagi emang udah dibenerin, cuma pas malemnya bocor lagi dan lebih parah lagi karena bocornya deres banget sampe harus ditampung pake ember. Jujurnya disini aku udah kesel tapi karena stafnya aware kalau ini masalahnya besar jadi mereka bener-bener minta maaf dan minta maaf karena sampai kejadian kaya gini 2 malem berturut-turut. Mereka juga jelasin dengan baik kalau mereka mau pindahin aku ke kamar lain tapi gak bisa karena kamarnya udah penuh. Semoga lain kali gak terulang lagi buat masalah kaya gini.
