The staff is very nice and will try to help as much as they can. I don't know if they speak English, I used to speak Indonesian, but they were really friendly and helpful with any issue. I gave them instructions to write a memo to the bus terminal as well. The room is simple but has excellent air conditioning and hot water, clean sheets and comfy pillows. I can say that for the price is a great deal.

Considering the price, I would say that is an excellent deal. The employees are really sweet and will try to help as much as they can. They don't speak English, I've always spoken Indonesian to them, but they were very nice and helpful in any issue. They gave me instructions to grab a memo from the bus terminal. The room is simple but has great air conditioning and hot water, clean bed linens and comfortable pillows.

The hotel is very nice and will try to help as much as possible. They always speak Indonesian to me and not sure they can speak English. However, they were very nice and helpful. They have instructed me to send a note to the bus terminal as well. The room is basic but has good air conditioning and hot water, clean bedsheets, and comfortable pillows. I can't say enough about the price.

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini bagus. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah dan baik. Saran saya jangan membawa obat nyamuk karena banyak nyamuk. Tapi penginapan sudah TV LED, bersih dan tidak bau. Ruangannya luas. Banyak penjual makanan di sekitar hotel.
