Hidden gem, worth every effort to be reached, either if arriving by a long land drive or by sea. It's a slice of paradise: the very coral-white and long beach is all for yourself. Summer sunsets add the romantic touch. The pool is fairly sized for swimming. Moyo and Satonda are not to be missed. The restaurant menu is simple, yet meeting our tastes. A big thanks to all the staff, all of them profused all their efforts to make our stay unforgettable. Fabio and Cristina won't forget.

We felt as at home. New resort open on Aug 2024. Beautiful garden, beach and snorkeling in front of the hotel. But the real plus is the Team always able to support you and making you feel as at home....considering that we are in a remote place and not always is available what we are used to. A great thanks to Haris, Indira, Nabil, Juma, and all the other persons which made us feel as friends more than customers. We will be back!!

Tempat yang sangat bagus jauh dari peradaban. Staf yang sangat baik. Kami hanya menghabiskan satu malam, sayang untuk berangkat, tetapi rute selanjutnya sudah direncanakan. Kami pasti akan kembali. Satu-satunya harapan saya adalah sedikit pekerjaan di dapur, tidak semua hidangan di menu dapat dipesan, karena beberapa produk sudah habis.

Kami sangat menikmati masa menginap kami di Sofanda. Semua staf di sini sangat ramah dan membantu, mengajak kami berkeliling Pulau Satonda untuk berbagai aktivitas seperti hiking, snorkeling, dan memancing. Saya sangat merekomendasikan pengalaman menginap di sini.

The road to the resort was terrible, there was no insect repellent in each room, ants were everywhere, the restaurant menu was not yet fixed, the plumbing system was mixed between fresh water and salt water, but it is understood because it is near the salty ocean.

Tempatnya luar biasa! Disambut dengan sangat baik dan ramah, kami diberi handuk dingin dan minuman selamat datang segar. Kamarnya sangat bagus dengan pemandangan laut yang benar-benar menyegarkan, cocok untuk kami yang berlibur bertiga sangat bagus, banyak colokan di kamar yang sangat membantu untuk kami yang bertiga. Poin plusnya menurutku, tidak disediakan air minum kemasan, tetapi disediakan dispenser air dan gelas (zerowaste), keren! Pemandangannya sangat indah, dengan pemandangan pantai yang eksotis, serasa pulau pribadi. Selain itu kami mengikuti Trip Satonda Island, waktu penyeberangan disesuaikan dengan permintaan pelanggan, disediakan camilan dan minuman, staf ramah dan sangat baik, dokumentasi oke! Selain soft tracing ke Satonda Island, Anda juga dapat berenang di danau dan snorkeling di depan pulau, laut biru terumbu karang yang indah. Pengalaman terbaik yang pernah saya alami, terima kasih Sofanda Resort!

I cant wait to return. Beautiful new hotel, with a serene and cool snorkeling experience right in front of the pool. The restaurant chef is incredibly kind, and the meals were delectable! The bathroom and bungalow are both quite lovely, cozy, and stunning.

Hotel yang sangat bagus dengan lokasi yang sangat bagus. Kami tiba dengan mobil dan berjalan-jalan di kaki gunung berapi. Dan di ujung selatan, hotel besar ini menunggu kami hanya untuk kami. Fernando dan timnya memperlakukan kami dengan sangat baik.

The highlight of the trip! What an amazing place with the best staff. They were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay and made sure it was a time we will never forget. Offering trips and accommodating us it was strange. I cannot recommend more.
