Sangat amat nyaman!!! Kamar bagus banget, bersih, udh gitu ditawarin room cleaning for free jadi diganti sarung bantal, sprei, keset sekalian. Resepsionis ramah. Harga segini dapet buffet breakfast keren sih, letaknya strategis, belakang hotel ada masjid yg gedee bgt dan bagus, jalan keluar hotel banyak yg jualan jajanan. Puas nginep disini 🤍

Hotelnya bersih, kamarnya luas, pencahayaan sinar matahari sangat ok karena jendela kamarnya gede², penataan hotelnya bagus dari kamar kelihatan taman di luar kamar. Kekurangannya: - Air untuk mandi dari shower kecil banget - Air mineral yg disediakan ukurannya kecil - Kurang promosi sehingga hotelnya agak sepi, tamu hotelnya kurang, padahal biaya operasionalnya pasti mahal. GM nya kurang ramah, saya berpapasan dgn GM nya pada saat mau sarapan, hanya senyum biasa saja, saya org pariwisata jadi tau hospitality yg ada di hotel. Semoga kedepan lebih ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya dan SDM nya. Tks sudah merasakan nginap di Hotel Bima.
